Backied is an online shop for digital wallpapers, based in the Netherlands. You can reach us at hello@backied.com.

Every product is a set of digital image files, delivered as a download. Each product page lists the number of files, their resolutions and format. Nothing is shipped. Colors can look slightly different from screen to screen.

Prices are in euros and include VAT. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, with no extra fees. Discount codes are entered at checkout.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds.

Your download is available straight after payment, on the confirmation page, and we email you a link to it. The link keeps working, so you can download your files again later. If something goes wrong with your download, email hello@backied.com and we'll sort it out.

Because the files are delivered immediately, you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal once your download starts. You confirm this at checkout. We still refund in some cases, such as damaged files or a double charge. Our refund policy explains when and how.

The designs stay ours. When you buy a product, or download a free one, you get a personal license that never expires. It lets you:

• Use the files as wallpapers on any screens you own.
• Keep copies of the files for that purpose.

It doesn't let you:

• Share, resell, give away or upload the files anywhere, including wallpaper sites.
• Use the files commercially, for example in products, ads, prints for sale or client work.
• Pass the license on to someone else.

We do our best to make sure the files work as described. If they don't, we'll replace them or refund you under our refund policy. Apart from that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't limit liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for intent or gross negligence.

We use your email address and order details to deliver your order and to answer your questions. If you sign up for our newsletter we'll also email you about new packs, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don't sell your details. Our privacy policy has the full picture.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protections that the consumer law of your country gives you. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless consumer law lets you go to a court where you live.
